Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Tim even drove to my work to pick up a spare key so he could ensure the home was safe and secure after cleaning the carpets beautifully. You won't find better.

SteamPro was exactly as advertised, professional and thorough. Tim took the time to explain the process to us and how long it would take. Good to his word, he started and finished as promised. We will definitely call him again when the need arises.
Tim and his crew did a fantastic job on our carpets ! With a new baby coming, we needed a good refresh. Tim was a very good communicator throughout the whole process and got us in for an appointment in a timely fashion. 10/10 will be calling him and his team back.
Quick, clean, and very professional. The night before we moved out, we had all our furniture and belongings moved out of the way. The cleaner showed up right on time, gave us a quote within minutes, and got straight to work. They did a solid job, and the carpets looked great afterward. Highly recommend!
Tim is amazing! He was so responsive, from the first message to the service itself! His prices are so reasonable and I couldn't believe the quality of service he provides. Our carpets have never looked better and I am excited to work with him again for our couches that could use some TLC! Thank you so much for everything!
Simply the best company and people to use for your carpet cleaning needs! Tim is one of the easiest people to deal with and they perform an 11/10 job every single time. Don’t hesitate, just book!
Wonderful service, quick appointment scheduled, great communication. Was able to remove tealite wax and chair leg rust in my case. I will have them back to shampoo an upholstered recliner. Would absolutely retain their service in the future.
